Where are your clothes made?

Our manufacturing facility is located in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China.

Are they sustainable?

All garments are produced in compliance with ethical standards. Our partner brands and factories enjoy a strong reputation in Asia, and we ensure they treat their employees well, providing healthy work environments and fair wages.

Regarding sustainability, we believe every company has room for improvement. Here's how we practice: Our entire process—from production to warehousing to shipping—is completed within Asia, effectively reducing carbon dioxide emissions and minimizing our carbon footprint. Large corporations transporting garments across borders impose a significant environmental burden. In material selection, we encourage factories to adopt more sustainable fabrics while maintaining quality standards.

Are your clothes good quality?

Yes! START EXCEED END crafts all garments exclusively from the highest-quality fabrics. We collaborate with carefully selected suppliers across Asia, exercising extreme caution in every sourcing decision.

How do I wash my clothes?

For longevity, handwashing inside-out is advised to prevent fading overstretching. The graphics of the clothes may get damaged if you machine wash them.

What is my size?

Most brands fits true to US sizing and slightly boxier, but please ensure the correct size by measuring yourself and referencing the clothing's size chart. For safety measures, it is always better to size up if you are unsure

When will I receive my order?

Delivery Timelines:

  • United States/Europe/Japan: Expect your items to arrive within 8-12 days.
  • Asia/South America: Your order should be with you in 13-15 days.

Presale Items:
Please note that items on presale typically take an additional 10-15 days to dispatch.

How can I track my order?

  • Carrier Tracking: For detailed tracking, you can visit the carrier's website directly. This will provide you with in-depth transit information about your package.
  • Tracking Timeline: Tracking details will become active and available approximately 6 days after your tracking number has been issued. We appreciate your patience as the carrier updates the delivery status.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free standard shipping and expedited shipping options.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Generally, we provide free shipping when your order meets the free shipping threshold. Additionally, during promotional periods, we offer free shipping regardless of your order amount.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we charge a shipping fee of $29.99.

Why is my order incomplete?

Individual Shipment of Items:

Should your order comprise several items, please be aware that they may be dispatched independently based on stock availability across our various shipping centers.

Assurance on Delivery:

In the event that all items do not arrive together, rest assured that any outstanding packages will be delivered to you within the subsequent few days.

I made a mistake when typing in my address!

We have a system that can pick up some incorrect values in addresses and will reach out if we see anything unusual. If we fail to contact you about your order we will be put the order on hold indefinitely until you reach back out.

My order is stuck in transit!

If you have a tracking number and you see that your order is not moving in its transit to you, or your tracking number says your order is delivered but you have not received the package you may file a claim with China Post or the courier we shipped with. Please contact our support team they can help you with this process.

All claims are customers' responsibility with the carrier. We do not issue refunds when orders are lost in transit. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes insurance.

Where can you ship to and where do you ship from?

Our partnered fulfillment center is located in Guangzhou China. Since we are doing everything within Asia this will help keep our carbon footprint low and our prices reasonable.

We can ship to any location worldwide that can be reached by the big couriers: USPS, EMS, DHL, and etc. 

Purchase & Returns

Can I return/exchange my product?

At START EXCEED END, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order record or invoice.

Can I adjust or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We are only able to guarantee cancellations or adjustments to orders within two hours of placing the order (orders may be sent out earlier). We kindly ask that you reply to the order confirmation email as soon as possible or contact our support team at info@startexceedend.com to make your request.

How do I return an item?

Return Eligibility for Defective Products:

We stand by the quality of our products, which are subject to rigorous quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we're here to help.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

  1. Capture Evidence: Please take a clear photo of the defective item, ideally within its original packaging.
  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order number in the correspondence for quick reference.

Condition for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the item must be in an unused state, identical to how it was upon arrival. This ensures we can proceed with a return or exchange as needed.

My item is not the right size

Size Guide for Perfect Fit:

To ensure a perfect fit, each of our textiles comes with a comprehensive size guide. Our dedicated team meticulously measures each item and provides detailed comments in the product descriptions to assist you in making the best choice for your size.

By selecting a size, the buyer acknowledges responsibility for the choice of any products that may not fit as expected, whether they are too small or too large.

There is something wrong with my clothes

Damages: If there are cuts, holes, or large stains, please contact us, and we will look into it further! However, we have a precise quality control team that examines common defect spots for each piece so this is a very unlikely occurrence.

Color: Be aware digital screen may no portray color 100% accurately. Products may look different in real life. If a product has multiple color variants and you received the wrong color, but feel free to contact us if you received the wrong color.

Size: Please make sure you have read the size chart before ordering. Our clothes are Asian fit which is smaller than US or EU sizes. This is more clearly explained in our what is my size section in the FAQ

Threads/Closed buttons: It is common for Asian manufacturers to leave threads hanging and buttonholes as an indication they are brand new. You can just take sharp scissors and cut off the threads and open the buttonholes! Please do not tamper with these if the product is actually damaged.

What currencies does your store accept?

Our default currency is the US dollar, so all prices are quoted in USD (you can switch currency units using the toggle button in the bottom left corner). For customer convenience, we support settlement in Canadian dollars, euros, Japanese yen, and Australian dollars. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, daily prices may vary slightly. If you pay using a currency other than those listed above, your bank will automatically handle the currency conversion for you.

When will my card be charged?
