Shipping & Delivery

1. Order Processing Time We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Please note: During promotional periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates All orders qualify for Free Standard Shipping worldwide. We also offer an Expedited Shipping option for faster delivery.

Important Note The delivery times listed above are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, in cases of stock shortages requiring overseas replenishment, delivery may take up to 20 business days.

Shipping Coverage

United States: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and federal holidays) will be delivered across all U.S. states and Washington, D.C. (Note: APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are not supported.)

Europe: Deliveries are made on business days throughout the region.

Other Regions: Deliveries are made on business days throughout the region.

Order Tracking

Shipping time is calculated from the order confirmation date. We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (processing times may be extended during promotional periods). Once your order is packaged, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link. (Please note: Tracking information may take several days to update.)

Delay/Lost Package Handling

We use professional logistics companies that offer real-time tracking. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
In cases where delays or losses occur due to force majeure, we will offer the following solutions:

A. Ongoing Customer Support:
We will continuously monitor your package’s status and keep you updated with detailed progress reports.

B. Emergency Handling Measures:
If a delay is identified during transit, please contact us to opt for a priority reshipment or to arrange for an alternative shipping method based on the circumstances.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the product has not yet entered the processing stage. Once an order has been dispatched (and a shipping notification email has been sent), cancellations are no longer accepted.
