Return Conditions
Condition & Packaging: Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
Complimentary Items: Please return all complimentary items, such as accessories (hats, rings, necklaces, belts, etc.).
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required (order record or invoice).
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging items to our return address. We do not charge any restocking or warehousing fees.

Exchange Policy
To ensure you receive the desired item as quickly as possible, return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the new item.

In accordance with EU regulations, EU customers are entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off" period during which they can cancel their order or return an item without providing a reason, provided that the return conditions are met. After the 14-day period, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
